General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FirSTeps Valencia. By using our services, you agree to this conditions.
Article 1 - Definitions
The following terms are used in these general terms and conditions:
- FirSTeps Valencia: the provider of relocation assistance services and branch in Valencia.
- Customer: the person who purchases services or processes from FirSTeps Valencia.
Article 2 - Applicability and Quotations
These conditions apply to all our offers, quotations, services and customization packages. All quotes and offers from FirSTeps Valencia are without obligation, unless stated in the quotation has a period for acceptance. The agreement is concluded as soon as the customer via e-mail or digitally agree to the offer.
Article 3 - Nature of the Services
FirSTeps Valencia only offers administrative and practical guidance regarding the relocation and settlement. FirSTeps Valencia provided no official legal, fiscal or notarial advice. Decisions regarding signing contracts (such as rental contracts) are and will remain the full responsibility of the customer at all times. We can do contracts translate and explain for you, but bear no responsibility for the final result commitments or the reliability of third parties (such as real estate agents or landlords).
Article 4 - Payment terms
Rates are fixed (with the exception of custom work) and exclude any Spanish government costs
(tasas or municipal fees).
Payment for courses can be made in two instalments:
- 50% at the start of the program (this formally starts the program).
- 50% no later than 14 days after the start date or invoice date.
Article 5 - Execution of Services & Responsibility
FirSTeps Valencia will provide its services to the best of its ability, insights and in accordance with the requirements of
perform good workmanship.
FirSTeps Valencia is, however never liable for damage or delays:
- This arises because the customer provides incorrect, incomplete or late information (for example documents required for a NIE or municipality).
- Caused by Spanish government agencies (e.g. technical failures at the Policía Nacional or slow handling of procedures).
Article 6 - Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of a process by the customer after the start (after the first installment payment), no refunds will be made for hours and planning already worked. In case of cancellation prior to the agreed start date, a handling fee of €50 applies for the reserved time.
Article 7 - Governing Law and Disputes
All legal relationships to which FirSTeps Valencia is a party are governed exclusively by Spanish law applicable. Any disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
